Returns
- Due to the custom nature of Maho Apparel’s custom boat gear store, items are not returnable.
- Once production has started on your order, changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an update to your order.
Refunds
- Artwork files are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are shipped as defective or damaged.
- To start an exchange, contact us with your order number and details.
Shipping for Returns
- To return your product, you will need to ship it to the address we provide after you contact us.
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Order Issues & Delays
- All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days from the date of your order for delivery.
- If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, reach out to us and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
